Christina Niro Kreiner of the Frantz Ward law firm discusses how Ohio employers are dealing with marijuana in the workforce. Medical marijuana is legal in Ohio, but employers' drug-free workplace policies are still enforceable in cases of marijuana use. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal and state laws complicate the issue.
